Our Refund Policy dictates that we must first rule out these local issues via diagnostics. If we can prove the server works on a neutral device, the refund may be denied.
Many digital goods are exempt from standard cooling-off periods once they are accessed. Our policy reflects this. We pay our providers for every line generated. If a user buys a 12-month plan and cancels after 3 days simply because they "changed their mind," we legally still owe fees for that line.
